Trittico - Wind Band

Wind Band - The bandoneon is an accordion-like instrument, developed by Heinrich Band in 1854. The warm sound makes it suitable for playing melancholy tinged music such as the tango. Pushing and pulling at the bandoneon gives a different tone. Therefore the instrument is not easy to play. Roberto Molinelli’s succeeded in making the bandoneon shine in this delightful composition. Not only melancholicly, solo and fiercely but also dueling and blending with the orchestra.
