Passacal - Wind Band

Wind Band - In design this varied concert piece is a passacaglia, but not so pure in doctrine that the repeated theme is always literally audible. It is continuously present at or below the surface, although it does not show itself in its most basic form until bar 143 (rather than right at the beginning). The title Passacal indicates that it is, strictly speaking, an imperfect passacaglia.
