Fanfare Band - In 2008, Musikverein Constantia from Werkhoven 100 years and to celebrate this special milestone governance and jubileumcomit sincere to write a composition for the entire association. The realization of this composition was made possible by contributions from the Prince Bernhard Cultural Foundation and the Fund for the Creation of Music. The assignment to write this particular composition is given to composer and conductor of this fanfare: Leon Vliex.Waar Curve Rhine meanders is the first line from a poem by Ed Geelen, by family ties closely involved Werkhoven and Constantia. The poem gives an apt description of the village Werkhoven, located on the River Rhine Curve. In this beautiful village lying 100 years the roots of the music Constantia.
