Rhapsody on a Dutch Folksong - Wind Band

Wind Band - The Rhapsody on a Dutch Folksong, most of the themes and motifs based on the Limburg anthem where int source green oak. Another very simple design consisting of 4 seconds is rising and falling runs like a red thread through the whole work, sometimes as Ostinato (early work), as an intermezzo in the slow parts (middle section) or in the very rhythmic final part of the work. Although the original anthem only the first four bars are fully played (the first time by the oboe, the second time by the piccolo to the bass clarinet), the processing of the thematic material very well throughout the composition to follow.
