Pièce Symphonique - Wind Band
Wind Band - In 1855 Csar Franck composed a collection of thirty short pieces for organ. These compositions can be considered as precursors to the major large organ works he would later write. And the pieces from this early collection is Pice Symphony in G minor. In this composition are already starting characteristics from the symphonic works that thirty years later would arise. Henk de Vlieger instrument did this organ work in January 1979 for hetharmonie orchestra of the Rotterdam Conservatory. This gave orchestra led by Arie the first performance of this work on 22 March 1979.
