Organ Symphonie Nr. 6: Part 1 - Wind Band
Wind Band - Widor was a French composer and organ player. In Paris 1870 he played the largest Cavaillé-Coll organ at that time. With such a toporgel available he decided to write a new kind of organ music, the organ symphony. He wrote 10 of them. The symphonies drove both organist and organ to the extreme. Claude Windeshausen arranged the 1st part of the 6th symphony for wind band.
