On the Waterfront - Wind Band
Wind Band - This film tells the story of a young dokarbeider in New York on the dark actions in his profession and his deep yearnings sensibeler reacts as most other dockers. In this context, the soft and lyrical opening of the 'Waterfront Suite' colorful evoke images such as the sunrise over the Hudson River. The fierce and wrathful passage which follows shows the various forms of violence on the quays again. Then, after the anger calm and suite takes a gloomy, melancholic atmosphere. A little melody is built up to a grand theme of joy. The final impression gives the film the riot in the harbor again.
