Les Cloches de l'Abaye de Dommartin - Wind Band

Wind Band - In the village of Tortefontaine in northern France one will find the remains of the abbey of Saint José de Dommartin. Once an important site, where the bells sounded on festive days and religious moments. Times were peaceful then. Until the French Revolution, when the abbey was ransacked and destroyed. The remains of the once so beautiful abbey are now part of a historical monument. And only in our memory its bells can be heard. This composition reflects the glorious past of Dommartin.
