Land of Hope and Glory - Fanfare Band
Fanfare Band - Land of Hope and Glory is a British patriotic song from 1902. The text is written by Arthur Christopher Benson and the music comes from Edward Elgar's first Pomp and Circumstance march. The British Vera Lynn had a hit with this song in the Netherlands in 1962. The song was long seen as the (unofficial) party song of the British Conservative Party. Land of Hope and Glory is loudly sung by the public every year at the London Last Night of the Proms.
