Fanfare Band - The famous beautiful composition of Gould in an excellent arrangement for brass band of the hand of the young arranger Arnaud Oosterbaan.De American composer and conductor Morton Gould (New York 1913 Orlando 1996) wrote the work for Jericho original band in 1939 . The composition describes the familiar story Joshua and the battle of Jericho from the Old Testament. Composer Gould used jazz rhythms and harmonies from the big band world. This composition is a large and important role for the trumpets and percussion section.
