Intermezzo from ”Goyescas” - Wind Band
Wind Band - From the opera Goyescas this beautiful Spanish muziek.Enrique Granados was born 27 July 1867 in Lleida, Catalonia. And of his compositions, his piano suite Goyescas where he had worked for seven years and was inspired by paintings of Goya. The American pianist Ernest Schelling took Granados about this piano suite to edit an opera. In 1915 Granados went to America where his opera Goyescas on 26 January 1916 at the Metropolitan Opera premiere polite. On the way to Spain was the ship on which he sat by a German submarine drilled into the ground. Granados and his wife survived the disaster. The Intermezzo is the beginning of the third and final act of the opera.
