Wind Band - This composition was commissioned by the Jugendorchester Havixbeck e.V. and was derived from the eponymous novel by Annette von Droste-Hülshoff. In ten continuous musical images the story of the in 1738 born hero of the novella, Friedrich Mergel, takes place in his village.
