Dance Macabre - Wind Band
Wind Band - The dance of death or Dance Macabre is a theme that has for centuries found in Western culture and that probably originated in France. Death was in the late Middle Ages, strong in the consciousness of the people present but the dance macabre theme does seem quite suddenly occur without obvious prior development. Jean Lahor has a poem written by Camille Saint-Sans (1835-1921) was forceful. This composition has never really known. Later, the composer of the theme dance kill a symphonic poem that is widely famous. It's about Death at midnight plays a dance song on his violin. White skeletons in shrouds spacious walk and jump in the dark. The rattle of the bones is shown by the xylophone. But then the cock crows and everyone quickly dives into his grave. Death remains alone and grieve a little.
