Fanfare Band - Paul Harvey was born in 1935 in Sheffield (England). He studied clarinet and composition at the Royal College of Music in London. He was a clarinetist with ao the Scottish National Orchestra, the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, the, BBC Symphony Orchestra and the National Philharmonic Orchestra. In 1969 he was co-founder and leader of the London Saxophone Quartet and in the same year as \\\"Professor of Clarinet\\\"" appointed to the Royal Military School of Music.
