Andante Festivo - Brass Band

Brass Band - Sibelius made two versions of Andante Festivo; he wrote the original for string quartet after which he adapted it for string orchestra. Guy Conter made the arrangement for brass band. Andante Festivo has elements reminiscent of the main theme from the 9th of Dvorak (from The New World) with blending hymnic melodic phrases.
