Reconquista de Vigo - Fanfare Band

Fanfare Band - At the end of March, Vigo celebrates the city's most important festival: the Reconquista, in memory of the Spanish War of Independence when Napoleon's French troops left the city on March 28, 1809. On this day, a popular uprising against the French invasion made Vigo the first city in Europe to succeed in driving out Napoleon's army.
