Largo from Xerxes - Fanfare Band

Fanfare Band - Georg Friedrich Händel lived from 1685 to 1759. Largo from Xerxes was first performed in 1738 and is now known as Handel's Largo. It is the opening aria of the opera Xerxes. The aria is meant as a love song. Xerxes was the name of the Persian King.
